Millets, Moong Dal, Jeera, Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Salt and Hing.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Mix one measure of MK IT EASY bajji pakoda mix with 170 to 180 ml into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 - 6 minutes.

  • Dip long whole green chillies and or cut onions and mix well into a right medium thick batter, fry in hot oil till crispy & inside cooked state.

  • Serve hot in a place with tomato / chilli sauce or tossed with pepper powder

  • MK IT EASY bajji pakoda mix can also be used for preparation of aloo pakoda, aloo bonda and different vegetables based bajj's
