Pour the mixed batter into oil applied hot paddu maker, cook with little oil and invert it and continue to crispy paddu's. Remove, serve it with chutney and salad. In the mix batter fine chopped onion, green chillies and chopped fresh coriander leaves can be mixed to prepare masala paddu's.
